Our culture is filled with literary works proclaiming the virtues of finding that one true love. Many exalt the virtues of love at first sight as the way of knowing you have found the one. Shakespeare’s tragic play, Romeo and Juliet, come to mind. Their forbidden love began when they cast their eyes on each other.
